If you are a business owner/Entrepreneur and would like space to sell or demonstrate a product or service during our Holiday Market, please remember to complete the emailed vendor application and return to: Mid-Carolina High School, 377 Cy Schumpert Road, Prosperity,SC 29127 with Attn: Sissy Delesandro MCHS Relay for Life Team Captain. **Vendor booth space is not officially reserved until both the vendor application form and booth payment have been received.  If your application is approved, you will receive a notification within 5 business days.  This fee is non-refundable.**

• You must provide all necessary display equipment, chairs, tables, etc.

• The “booth” space is approximately 10x10.

• The minimum donation to reserve a booth space is $35/single or $70/double and a donation of a door prize.

• All checks should be made payable to Mid-Carolina High School.

• Space is available on a first‐come, first‐served basis.

• You will be able to start setting up at 7:00 AM on the day of the Market.

• Payment and completed forms must be received by Friday, November 8th.

All products, services, etc. must be in accordance with Newberry County School System Policies. Mid-Carolina High

School reserves the right to refuse booth space for inappropriate merchandise (i.e. toy weapons such as swords, guns,

etc.), services, displays, etc. at our discretion.
