Vendor Application & Payment Information

If you are a business owner or entrepreneur interested in selling or demonstrating products or services at our Spring Market & Craft Show, we must receive both of the following:

1. A completed Vendor Application (separate from this payment link)
2. Booth payment submitted through this link or mailed together to:

Registration & Approval

If you choose to participate, please complete the Vendor Application that was emailed to you and submit it along with the required booth payment.
All booth fees are non-refundable.

Once both the completed application and payment are received, vendors will be notified within 5 business days regarding approval.

Vendor applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are not confirmed until both the application and payment have been received.

Only one representative per direct-sales company (Scentsy, Norwex, Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, Avon, LuLaRoe, PaperPie, etc.) will be accepted.

This is a family-friendly event. The Market Committee reserves the right to decline any application.

Product Photos

Applicants are asked to email photos of items being sold when submitting the application.
If approved, photos may be used for social media advertising, so please submit items in their best display.

Booth Specifications & Details

• All vendors will be located inside the gym or in the gym vicinity
• Vendors must provide all display materials (tables, chairs, etc.)
• Booth space is approximately 10x10
• Booth fees:
o $35 Single Booth (10x10)
o $70 Double Booth (20x10)
• Checks should be made payable to Mid-Carolina High School

• We respectfully request that you donate an item or items for our silent auction that will take place during the event.
• Vendor setup will begin at 7:00 AM on the day of the market. Early setup will be permitted the day prior, time to be determined.
• Deadline: Payment and completed applications must be received by Friday, November 6

All products and services must comply with Newberry County School District policies.
Mid-Carolina High School reserves the right to refuse booth space for inappropriate merchandise, services, or displays.

• Student Season Pass (K-12) - $50
  • Includes Rebel Booster T-Shirt, admission to all regular season home Varsity and JV and middle school athletic events. Students K-8 MUST be accopanied by an ADULT.
• Adult Football Season Pass - $75
  • 1 Ticket to all regular season home varsity and JV football games.
  • 1 Seat in a reserved seating section at home football games.
  • 1 Reserved parking pass for regular season home varsity football games (parking is limited to the first 175 season ticket holders)
  • Includes Rebel Booster Club Decal, Recognition in Digital Publications.
• Half-Century Club - $175
  • 2 season ticket to all regular season home varsity and JV athletic events.
  • 1 Booster club membership.
  • 2 Seat in reserved seating at home football games.
  • 1 Reserved parking pass for regular season home varsity football games.
  • Includes Rebel Booster Club Decal, Recognition in Digital Publications.
• MC Club - $350
  • 4 season ticket to all regular season home varsity and JV athletic events.
  • 1 Booster club membership.
  • 4 Seat in reserved seating at home football games.

• Rebel Club - $500
  • 6 season tickets to all regular season home varsity and JV athletic events.
